First Person: Helene Imperiale on the Call of Duty Endowment's Historic In-Game Veteruns 100km Charity Race

Aug 23, 2022

In May, the Call of Duty Endowment announced that they had placed 100,000 veterans into high-quality jobs since its founding in 2009. The milestone was accomplished two years ahead of plan, in part, thanks to the Call of Duty community who have always extended tremendous support for the cause. To celebrate the occasion and raise awareness about the Endowment’s work, the team, in collaboration with Twitter, decided to launch an in-game charity run involving Call of Duty players.

In this episode of “First Person”, the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Call of Duty Endowment Marketing, Helene Imperiale, unpacks the activation and its impact, and also talks about her vision and ambition for the Endowment and Activision Blizzard to be the leader for social impact in the gaming industry.
