Today, President and COO Daniel Alegre shared the following message with our employees:
Like everyone across the world, we are saddened by the escalating conflict in Ukraine, and for the millions of people being affected in Ukraine and in the region.
We have reached out to employees who are either directly impacted or have family members in the impacted areas and are providing assistance for each. The safety of our employees and their families is our absolute priority. We also are working with our studio in Poland to provide support to our partners that have employees in Ukraine.
As part of our commitment to helping those in need, the company is also matching employee donations 2:1 to humanitarian organizations providing immediate support in the region. Some of the organizations that we have identified are found here.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation as it evolves and keep you up to date on any actions taken. We are adhering to the various administrative rules and sanctions that are being imposed where we operate and where we are registered and will abide fully with our obligations. Our games provide a communication platform for individuals to be able to connect and freely engage in dialog with players in their own country and in the global community.
Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine and those impacted by the crisis.
