Jen Oneal

Co-leader, Blizzard Entertainment

Jen Oneal was named co-leader of Blizzard Entertainment in August 2021. In this role, Jen oversees development and operations alongside her co-lead, Mike Ybarra.


Starting as an associate producer, Jen is an Activision Blizzard veteran who has amassed extensive experience in a variety of production and leadership roles. She previously held the role of executive vice president of development at Blizzard Entertainment, where she provided senior development leadership and support to the Diablo and Overwatch franchises. Prior to joining the Blizzard executive team, Jen was the studio head for Vicarious Visions, overseeing the definitive remaster of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, which went on to become the fastest-selling game in franchise history.


Jen’s steadfast focus on building a positive, inclusive culture earned her the 2018 Great Place to Work for All Leadership Award. She is on the board of Women in Games International and is the Executive Chair for the Activision Blizzard LGBTQ+ employee network. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
